Finding purpose

What do you do when you find yourself (quite unexpectedly) with just about everything you could want? No need to work, supported by an amazing husband, kids that have grown-up and handling their own issues on their own (for the most part). You find yourself a hobby, or at least, that's what I've done.

Going through the journey of learning and creating has satisfied my craving to produce something of my own. Not to mention, it distracts me enough that I don't sit on the couch eating junk food and binging books or TV.

 

None of us know how long we'll live, but I know I'm thankful for what I have and love the process of reaching for and building happiness and my jewelry is one of the roads I take to do that.
